Welcome to LeleBot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LeleBot ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the LeleBot dashboard, Discord bot, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Important: Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
LeleBot provides a comprehensive suite of stream management and community engagement tools designed for content creators and their communities. The Service integrates with Discord and Kick.com to deliver features across platforms.
2.1 Discord Bot Features
The Discord bot includes the following functionality:
Account Linking: OAuth 2.0 integration to link Discord accounts with Kick.com accounts
Watchtime Tracking: Automatic tracking of viewer engagement based on Kick.com chat activity
Role Assignment: Automatic Discord role assignment based on configurable watchtime thresholds
Raffle System: Monthly raffle periods with ticket allocation based on watchtime, gifted subscriptions, and gambling wagers
Point System: Virtual currency earned through chat activity, redeemable in the point shop
Leaderboards: Public rankings for watchtime, raffle tickets, and points
Custom Commands: Server-specific custom chat commands with variable support
Timed Messages: Scheduled recurring messages to Kick chat
2.2 Admin Dashboard Features
The web dashboard provides administrators with:
Multi-Server Management: Manage multiple Discord servers from a single interface
While we strive to maintain continuous availability, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
As a user of the Service, you bear responsibility for your actions and conduct within our platform. Maintaining a respectful and fair environment benefits all members of our community.
3.1 General Obligations
By using the Service, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when linking accounts
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service
Respect the rights and dignity of other users and community members
Report any suspected security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access promptly
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Creating or using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in watchtime, tickets, or points
Employing automated tools, scripts, or bots to manipulate chat activity or the Service
Attempting to exploit, hack, or circumvent any security measures
Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to third parties
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
Impersonating other users, staff, or representatives of the Service
Distributing malware, spam, or malicious content
Manipulating or attempting to predict provably fair outcomes
Abusing the slot request cooldown or blacklist systems
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service, forfeiture of accumulated points, tickets, or rewards, and potential legal action where applicable.
4. Account Management
Proper account management is essential for maintaining a secure and functional experience with the Service.
4.1 Account Linking
The Service requires linking your Discord account with your Kick.com account through OAuth 2.0 authorization with PKCE (Proof Key for Code Exchange). By completing this process, you:
Authorize us to access your Kick.com profile information (user:read scope)
Confirm that you own and have rightful access to both accounts
Acknowledge that you may only maintain one linked account per Discord server
Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your linked accounts
Link URLs are cryptographically signed with HMAC-SHA256 and expire after 1 hour to prevent OAuth spoofing attacks.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on both Discord and Kick.com. We will never ask for your password or OAuth tokens directly.
4.3 Unlinking and Deletion
You may unlink your accounts at any time using the !unlink command in Discord or by contacting a server administrator. Upon unlinking:
Your account association will be immediately severed
Accumulated watchtime, points, and tickets may be retained based on server configuration
You may request complete data deletion by contacting the server administrator
4.4 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Users may also be added to the slot request blacklist for abusive behavior.
5. Intellectual Property
The protection of intellectual property rights is fundamental to the continued development and improvement of the Service.
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, user interface, documentation, and all related content, is owned by LeleBot and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:
All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain exclusively with us
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are our property or used with permission
5.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service, including custom commands, widget configurations, and shop items. By creating content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating the Service.
5.3 Third-Party Intellectual Property
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Discord and Kick.com. All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property of these platforms belong to their respective owners. Our use of these integrations does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with these platforms.
6. Content Moderation
We are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all users.
6.1 Community Standards
All users are expected to adhere to community standards that promote respectful interaction. Content that violates these standards may be removed, and users who repeatedly violate them may face account suspension or termination.
6.2 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are prohibited across all aspects of the Service:
Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
Sexually explicit or pornographic material
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Personal information shared without consent
Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
6.3 Server Administrator Responsibility
Server administrators bear primary responsibility for moderating content within their respective Discord servers and Kick channels. We provide tools to assist with moderation (such as the slot request blacklist) but do not actively monitor individual server content.
6.4 Reporting Violations
Users may report violations of these Terms or community standards to server administrators. We encourage reporting of serious violations such as harassment, threats, or illegal activity.
7. Provably Fair Systems
Transparency and fairness are core principles of our random selection systems. We employ cryptographically secure, provably fair algorithms to ensure that all random outcomes are verifiable and cannot be manipulated.
7.1 How It Works
Our provably fair system uses SHA-256 cryptographic hashing to generate verifiable random outcomes. Each selection involves:
Server Seed: A 64-character cryptographically secure random value generated by our servers
Client Seed: Deterministic data derived from the selection context (e.g., username, request ID, slot name for slot picks; period ID, total tickets, participants for raffles)
Nonce: A unique identifier ensuring each outcome is distinct
Proof Hash: The SHA-256 hash combining all seeds, which determines the outcome
7.2 Systems Using Provably Fair
Raffle Draws: Winner selection from ticket pools during monthly raffle periods
Slot Request Picks: Random viewer selection from the request queue
Slot Rewards: Determination of tip/bonus buy rewards for picked viewers
Giveaway Winners: Random selection from giveaway entry pools
7.3 Verification
All provably fair outcomes can be independently verified using our public verification tool available at /provably-fair/winners. This data is intentionally public to ensure complete transparency.
Fairness Guarantee
Our provably fair system mathematically ensures that neither we nor any user can predict or manipulate outcomes. The cryptographic nature of the system makes it impossible to influence results after seeds are committed.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
This section outlines the limitations of our liability and important disclaimers regarding the Service.
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Warranties regarding the results obtained from use of the Service
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LeleBot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of the Service
Damages resulting from raffle, giveaway, or slot reward outcomes
Any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
8.3 Gambling Platform Integration
The Service may integrate with gambling platforms such as Shuffle.com for wager tracking and raffle ticket allocation. We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for any gambling-related activities, losses, or disputes. Users are solely responsible for complying with gambling laws in their jurisdiction.
8.4 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeleBot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
8.5 Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Discord, Kick.com, Shuffle.com, and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
9.1 Notification of Changes
For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through:
A prominent notice on the Service dashboard
Announcements in connected Discord servers
9.2 Your Acceptance
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Material changes will not be applied retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 14 days after posting.
10. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.
10.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication with server administrators.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.3 Waiver of Class Actions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
10.4 Time Limitation
Any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or be forever barred.
